heatwave July 2019.

So we are in the middle of heatwave hopefully tomorrow it would have all calmed down. Its been one of those weeks when I am just wanting to get to the weekend, I have had clients asking for last minute requests in a heat wave, new cat sitting enquiries, cat sitting clients requesting at short notice oh and about four new dog walking enquiries, all in all July has been busy. So asa dog walker I am a one man band so don’t like spreading myself to thinly and comprise the service I provide, less is more.  Quality over quantity every time.

So the last three days as a dog walker I have just been trying to keep the clients cool and safe, lots of water walks, today I have three dogs off for the summer break so I was able to do just  one walk in the morning get back hime before 12, its been 30 degrees here today.

So tomorrow we have extra dogs, over the weekend from tomorrow I am cat sitting Ole and Tin and tin and Milly, I looked after Milly last October half term so she is now a returning client. And last week I cat sitting Roary, he was cuddling me and trying to get into my car on his last visit !

So July has been a busy one all in all, been a lot of cat sitting, I am looking forward to August taking a week off end of the month bit of rest we are not going anywhere I have a few cats booked in but just going to enjoy our amazing new house and its fabulous garden !

Little Happy Hounds is 7 years old this coming August I have been dog walking and pet sitting around the High Peak since 2012, I was firstly based in New Mills, then we spent the last five  years living in Whaley Bridge, recently we have moved again this time for the long run to Chinley, Little Happy Hounds, offers dog walking, cat sitting services and I also offer a puppy visits service. I am fully insured, years of experience, I try and offer the most caring reliable pet care service I can, at the moment I am considering saying no more clients for the foreseeable we will have to see once I have taken the latest doggies on more on that coming up shortly !

As of 2019 we have stopped covering New Mills vicinity, which includes New Mills Hayfield Birch Vale,

we only cover Chinley, Buxworth, Whaley Bridge and Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak.
