So I have returned to work after two weeks off for the Christmas and New Year break, I am exhausted and its only Wednesday. Its been non stop since going back on Monday, lots of long walks, lots of dogs and lots and and lots of driving !
We have had a full on assault of weather, Monday it rained all day, Tuesday was non stop sunshine, and today its dropped in temperature and we had lots of frost this morning. The dogs have been brilliant on walks and I have enjoyed being back with the Little Happy Hounds crew. Now we are no longer covering New Mills, as an area, my work load is starting to feel a bit more manageable, with so many new clients in Chapel-en-le-Frith, I couldn’t cover both towns, plus all the dog walking clients we have in Whaley Bridge, I have decided for now it will be to much effort trusting and finding the right person to work for me, so I am still very much a one man show with limits on how many dog clients we can have.
So my walks have been varied this week, I done my usual Taxal walk several times, we had a lovely Goyt Valley walk on Monday morning, today we have done, Taxal, Hayfield and Toddbrook, all three walks today were busier than usual, my dogs have been brilliant and sitting and staying for treats as I navigate around people, yesterday twice on two walks my dogs were complimented for my control of them ! The things they do for treats. As a dog walker, I walk in small groups, I like to go off the beaten track in what is sometimes more a doggy hike. I dont really advertise I use posts on this blog and social media to demonstrate who we are what we do, we have Instagram, two Facebook pages, little happy hounds and little happy cats for the cat sitting work we do, we also have a youtube channel there is. link on this website of those places.
Pet care services, dog walking, pet sitting, puppy visits service in the High Peak. We cover Buxworth, Chinley, Chapel-en-le-Frith, and Whaley Bridge.
