So last night went to the New Mills Christmas Light Switch on and Market, for the first time, it was okay, we had some lovely mulled wine, it was vert much geared towards kids and the fair bit for me was a bit too close too the market bit, it was very hemmed in, but we had fun, I took my dog and a lot of the time we had to carry him on Friday I went too my friends birthday in The George and I took Scrappy then also as its dog friendly, we pretty much take the dog everywhere we can especially at the weekend ! I think the Whaley Bridge Christmas light switch on is happening soon, not sure about that one, we will see.
This weekend I had car troubles, its currently in the garage having a lot of little jobs done and whatever was wrong with it yesterday,i think cat clients cobbled lane, shuck my engine out of the place resulting in a horrendous noise, I won’t be driving up there again in a hurry.
This week I have been cat sitting, Dusty, Rosie, Marmaduke and Scrappy, must be coming up too a year now since they became my clients,I have seen them for cat sitting weekend durations quite a lot this year. I love them all, Scrappy is the most independent, just wants food, Marmaduke needs a lot of strokes and attention, Dusty is just so sweet as she is so old, as instructed I syringe medicine into her mouth she is so cooperative, and Rosie, well I adjust crazy about Rosie. Not sure why but I just have a huge bond with this cat, she is jet black, meows like crazy, sits on my knee, she is just so cute.
So last week was great for dog walks, we went on some pretty amazing doggy adventures, Friday we did a extra walk for cavaliers Jasper and Jackson, the suns was shinning but its gone bitterly cold. I am trying too get use to the how much longer it takes too collect and drop dogs. As they need coats on and dropping them they need rinsing a lot of time time, if weathers been really bad when I get home my car needs stripping wet towels, coats, leads, harnesses, all need washing and drying for the next day, so not a complaint but winter at Little Happy Hounds is much more hard work then summer!
Much more that just walkies we also offer pet sitting, cat feeding or small animal visits, hamsters, rabbits, fish, chickens.
