A new year for Little Happy Hounds, yesterday New Years Day I was looking after my client Oscar the cavapoo for the day so we took the dogs to Errwood Hall in the Goyt Valley, one of my favourite dog walks and its only 10 minute drive from my home in Whaley Bridge, kind of sandwiched between Whaley and Buxton. We start by going over Follow Edge and then to the Errwood Hall Ruins before climbing the path towards Stake Side and then back down the grassy hill ( superb views of Errwood Reservoir and back around to Follow Edge. As a dog walker this place is great no sheep and during quieter times no people it can be nice and quiet go in early June to smell and see the azaleas planted all over the old estate.
The other Christmas vacation walks I have been are Solomons Temple Buxton, Eyam Moor and Hathersage, Taxal Edge, and Fernile Reservoir.
As well amazing walks over the Christmas and New Year vacation I have also been doing a spot of cat care for five cats, regulars and new cat sitting clients. Throughout the year I will be hash tagging #LHH2016 for our various posts on social media, posts on our blogs so if you want to know more about Little Happy Hounds dog walking and pet sitting services High Peak be sure to google #LHH2016
